![]() When I requested to be transferred to a supervisor, they claimed they do not have a supervisor, and will send me to "Customer Review Department" first time got disconnected, and had to call again and go through the same waiting, just to hear the same BS, and again instead of transferring my call to a supervisor, was told that I will be transferred to the same "Customer Review Department", this time it turned out to be the same holding line, to get another sales rep who refused to transfer me to the elusive "Customer Review Department" without going through the same my interrogation again, and then transfer me to the same sales line. From long waits, to useless answers from ignorant reps, to being advised repeatedly to go to the troubleshooting on the website which is useless, then forwarded to sales who are trying to sell me new devices I do not need at inflated prices. I had the worst ever customer service experience today trying to fix something wrong with my devices. ![]() After being a customer of MagicJack for more than 15 years, and encouraging friends and family members to use magicJack, I am going to cancel my service (I have several numbers and devices) and convince my friends and family to do the same. ![]()
